I recognize that Tokyo Ghouls has no 'need' for translators, but I can provide translation pretty quickly and so far it's been kind of slow at getting out.
As for RAWs, I have access to Chinese RAWs. I can also clean up pages using photoshop and while I'm not sure what typesetting means, exactly, I'm pretty confident I could learn to do it if it's something graphical to do with the text.
